Sarah Schumann

The large-format collages from the early 1980s are among Sarah Schumann's most significant works. Thanks to the artist's unique image and collage technique, which was specifically developed by the artist, these artworks create an overflowing sensory experience. The director Harun Farocki, the father of the twins depictetd here, had already made a film in 1978 on her collage technique.
